Mental Health Evaluation

Initial Psychiatric Evaluation: 60 minute session that entails screenings and an extensive intake of one's physical and mental history. This visit consists of medication management, talk therapy and a special plan of care tailored to each individual's needs. (All new patients must book this initially)

Follow-Up Psychiatric Evaluation: 30 minute session to re-evaluate one's medication regimen and effectiveness in addition to current psychiatric symptoms. This appointment can not be scheduled without an initial evaluation with provider 1st.
