My name is Shatarra Salley and I am a dual certified family and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. I have over 9 years of experience in nursing and I have committed most of my life caring for individuals both physically and mentally. I obtained my Bachelor's of Science degree in nursing from the University of South Carolina Upstate with a minor in psychology. I later obtained my Master of Science degree in nursing with a concentration in family practice from the University of South Carolina- Columbia. I pursured my post graduate Master's degreee with a concentration in psychiatric mental health practice from Wilkes University. I am currently credentialed with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a family nurse practitioner and I am credentialed with the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. I am currently accepting patients in the beautiful state of South Carolina. My role is to provide purposeful practice for you and your family. I will ensure my services will inspire you to become self-absorbed both physically and mentally.
